Job summary

Seafood Company in Richmond, BC is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking) to support sales analysis, reporting, and key account operations. This is an in-person, office-based role with no hybrid or remote options.

Exceptional English and Mandarin communication, plus 3+ years in sales coordination or related roles and advanced Excel, are expected. Salary is CAD 65,000–90,000 per year with a performance bonus; extended medical coverage after probation and a company share program

Qualifications

Exceptional communication in English and Mandarin; Japanese is an asset.
3+ years in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with data reporting and forecasting.
Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP/EDI systems or retailer portals.
Experience with major retail/foodservice accounts.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Sales Analysis & Reporting: prepare and maintain sales, customer, and product performance reports.
Key Account & Sales Operations Support: manage daily operational needs for key accounts and oversee orders from PO to delivery.
