Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior operations executive to implement the operating model aligned with strategy, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams in Canada. You will own P&L, oversee portfolios, and push for operational excellence and innovation.

The role requires deep experience in management consulting or technology/software, a strong financial background, and an MBA preferred. You will scale businesses across markets and foster collaboration for measurable outcomes.

• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or product development/research and development is an asset.
• Strong financial skills, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
