Job summary

Jobtailor in Toronto seeks a seasoned management consultant to lead AI-enabled transformation engagements for clients, translating strategy into practical roadmaps. You will coach teams, manage stakeholders, and design AI-enabled solutions to embed a data-driven culture across diverse client environments.

With 4+ years in consulting and a strong emphasis on AI, you will help clients adopt new ways of working and drive change while being willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in consulting, transformation, strategy, or fast-paced environments with real client delivery.
• Genuine AI enthusiasm demonstrated by building something or automating a workflow.
• Comfort in coaching and analytical roles to help teams change how they work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating complexity into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, especially Microsoft and Azure; deep technical expertise not required.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable across diverse client environments.
• Willingness to travel.

Requirements

• A strong management consulting foundation, with at least 4 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or a fast-paced business environment and real client delivery experience
• Genuine AI enthusiasm evidenced through action: you have built something, automated a workflow, or gone meaningfully deeper than the average productivity user
• Comfort in a coaching role as well as an analytical one, with the ability to help teams change how they work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear and actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to and working with diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud and digital ecosystems, particularly Microsoft and Azure, is a plus, though deep technical expertise is not required
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse client environments and team structures
