Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior strategy executive to partner with the SVP, Global Customer Experience, and leadership to shape priorities, growth opportunities, and investments. You will drive budgeting, governance, and portfolio management to deliver measurable business value across the organization.

You will collaborate with business lines and English-speaking partners, develop value creation models, and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, governance, or advisory roles.
  • Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling, value assessment, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in governance, organizational performance, portfolio management, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Excellent collaboration across multiple groups and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency and ability to work with English-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the SVP and leadership on strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and investment decisions.
  • Develop partnerships to align strategies, investments, and performance objectives.
  • Lead budgeting and oversee sector financial performance, including Run, Maintain, and Improve activities.
  • Support strategic portfolio management, initiative prioritization, business case development and validation, and benefits realization tracking.
  • Monitor performance, benefits realization, and ROI for sector investments.
  • Develop financial analyses, value creation models, and forecasts.
  • Translate customer, marketing, and operational metrics into strategic recommendations and business value indicators.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics to evolve customer value measurement approaches, including Customer Lifetime Value models.
  • Design and enhance executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
  • Contribute to evaluating strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as Business Risk Officer for Global Customer Experience; integrate risk management into governance and portfolio processes.
  • Support key decision-making forums across the sector.

Job description

Requirements
  • Influential leadership, strategic thinking, and strong results orientation
  • Experience acting as a trusted business advisor to managers and senior executives
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business value assessment capabilities
  • Expertise in governance, organizational performance, portfolio management, or strategic advisory roles
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple groups and functions
  • Strong business judgment, political acuity, and ability to influence strategic decision-making
  • Understanding of customer value creation, revenue growth, and integrated risk management concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational performance, finance, portfolio management, governance, or strategic advisory roles
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate regularly with English-speaking partners and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze and produce strategic documentation in English on an ongoing basis
