Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Director-level program manager to shape and drive cross-functional initiatives across retail, consulting, and complex channel environments. You will define vision, governance, and roadmaps, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into executable designs with measurable outcomes.

You will lead change management, build scalable PMO processes, and deliver executive dashboards that track health, risk, and performance while advocating adoption of new ways of working

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• 7+ years in strategy, program management, or management consulting.
• Leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Designing governance frameworks and operating models for large initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling for Director+ and VP audiences.
• Navigating matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree (Nice to have).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (Nice to have).
• Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent).
• Experience in retail, consulting, or complex channel environments.

• Maintain clear communication rhythms to keep working teams and senior leadership aligned and accountable.

• Proactively frame key decisions, equipping leadership with context to act decisively.
• Manage interconnected workstreams and dependencies, balancing speed with quality and risk mitigation.
• Develop a 360-degree change management approach addressing people, processes, and organizational design.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field
• 7+ years in strategy, program management, or management consulting.
• Leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Designing governance frameworks and operating models for large initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for Director+ and VP audiences.
• Navigating matrixed organizations and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Initiative and ownership—proactively identifying gaps and driving solutions.

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field (Great to Haves)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (Great to Haves)

• Bilingual fluency (English and French) is an asset.
