Reporting to the Director of Support Services, the Manager of Transport, Dispatch, and Flow Support oversees daily operations for Southlake’s Transport, Dispatch, and Flow Support services. As co-leader of the iCARE Centre, this role is crucial in ensuring timely and seamless patient flow throughout the hospital, maintaining high-quality service delivery aligned with legislative standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
