Role Responsibilities

• Create an unparalleled guest experience and ensure a positive environment for staff
• Plan, organize, and direct all guest experience, food and beverage operations, and staff development
• Lead and motivate the team to excel
• Support management in daily operations
• Design and implement staff training initiatives
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L statements
• Assess staffing needs and organize schedules
• Promote strategies to improve service and grow the business
• Interact with guests to handle inquiries and complaints promptly
• Spread energy and positivity within the team and community

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management/supervisory experience in hospitality
• Comfortable with budgets, costing, P&L, computers, POS
• Quick problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities

• Smart Serve Certified
• Post-secondary education in hospitality preferred
