A leading financial institution is seeking a candidate for a home office-based role focused on acquiring and managing builder relationships. Strong experience in business or commercial banking is preferred. Responsibilities include collaboration with mortgage specialists and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years in financial services, including real estate experience, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful applicant can be located in Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Northwest Ontario as this is a home office based role.
Preference will be given to candidates that have strong business or commercial banking experience.
This unique position calls on your ability to acquire, manage and retain profitable builder relationships for RBC through close collaboration with the Mortgage Specialist sales force and its leaders. Implement strategic initiatives to ensure business plans are achieved. You will also champion digital enablement by becoming an advocate of the RBC mobile application and wallet and promoting regular usage by teaching and guiding clients on how to use it.
