Job summary

Desjardins Technology Group is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support the general manager and management team in Rimouski. You will manage schedules, handle communications, prepare documents and coordinate board-level meetings.

You will organize events, assist with internal caisse communications and maintain records in line with current practices. French language proficiency is required and four years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma or equivalent related to the field.
• Minimum four years of relevant administrative experience.
• French language knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on the general manager's schedule, calls, emails and mail.
• Consolidate and assemble strategic documents and set priorities.
• Coordinate delivery of files to committees and take minutes.
• Organize logistics for meetings, training and events.
• Support internal caisse communications and manage admin tasks.
