Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst to support IT efficiency in a large-scale environment. You will design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test business solutions, networks, management systems, programs and databases, guiding complex QA initiatives and coordinating with many stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, with strong French language skills and advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum six years of relevant experience; other combinations may be considered.
Knowledge of French is required; advanced English proficiency due to interactions with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

Help clients define their needs and inform decision-making on IT solutions and QA best practices.
Develop complex QA execution strategies and write procedures and guidelines.
Analyze risks and write highly complex reports and test cases; propose solutions.
Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues per rules and parameters.
Represent the sector in QA practices when dealing with Desjardins Group bodies and external organisations.
