Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an IT Administrator on-site in Canada to manage caisse computer equipment, IT systems and related processes. You will support MIC platform administration, network activities, desktop deployment and security, while coordinating with Help Desk for issue resolution.

Requirements include Attestation of Collegial Studies and at least two years of relevant experience, plus fluency in French. A comprehensive benefits package and pension are offered.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in MIC platform administration activities (e.g., server shutdown/start-up, access groups, back-up maintenance, file recovery).
• Perform basic network activities (e.g., reactivating passwords, configuring new users, routine maintenance).
• Carry out activities related to systems and technological equipment (activation, configuration, maintenance and repair).
• Respond to user requests, provide solutions, and refer complex issues as needed.
• Plan and implement deployment and upgrades of desktop systems.
• Ensure application of security standards and proper information flow for platform operation.
• Manage licences for various applications (e.g., PALTrak network, Expert module).
• Process and reconcile reports for caisse sectors and ensure timely follow-up.
