Job summary

Walmart Canada in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a maintenance cleaner to participate in a structured cleaning program and help control expenses to keep the store clean and safe for customers and teammates. The role involves cleaning Fresh Departments, including coolers and freezers, inspecting equipment, and ensuring supplies are available.

You must follow Food Safety standards and complete in-store certifications as required.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
