Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an entry-level cleaner to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program at our Edmonton facility. You will help maintain a clean and safe shopping and working environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and following company policies.

The role requires you to work with store teams, comply with food safety standards, and participate in in-store certification programs.

Qualifications

• Age – 18 or older

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
