Job summary

Walmart Canada in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a maintenance cleaner to participate in a structured cleaning program, helping ensure a clean and safe shopping and working environment for customers and associates.

You will clean Fresh Departments including coolers and freezers, assist with equipment inspections and supply management, promote safety by completing required certifications, and work with the Stocking Coach and team to maintain hygiene standards.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
