Job summary

Walmart Canada is looking for a dedicated associate to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program and help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment at our Oakville location. The role involves coordinating with teammates, adhering to food safety standards, and performing routine cleaning across Fresh Departments and associated areas.

The position starts at a minimum hourly rate of CAD 18.05 and requires you to be 18 or older, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and consistent

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with associates on a cleaning regimen.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assists in inspecting maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and stock is available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by completing in-store certification programs and following Company policies.
• Cleans floors by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets in non-sales areas.

What You'll Do...

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.05.
