Job summary

Walmart Canada in Trenton, ON is seeking a team member to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program and help control expenses to maintain a clean and safe shopping and working environment.

The role involves cleaning all Fresh Departments, assisting with equipment inspections, and following Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines, with responsibilities across store areas and floors as needed.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
