Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication in Hamilton, ON, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team for safe, reliable, and efficient execution of maintenance activities.

The role requires 6–10 years in industrial maintenance with at least 5 years in leadership, and an engineering or skilled trades certification. You will develop reliability programs, supervise tradespeople, and ensure safety and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) OR (433A) Industrial Millwright OR (442A) Industrial Electrician certificate of qualification.
