Qualifications

• Red Seal Trade Certification, Electrical Engineering diploma, or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading trades in a unionized industrial environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, employee development, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational skills with experience planning, prioritizing, and delegating work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

You'll coordinate preventative and routine maintenance, partner closely with operations and planning teams, and help maximize equipment reliability while reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
