A leading heavy industrial manufacturer in Hamilton is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead from the shop floor, rebuild the maintenance department, and establish a world-class preventative maintenance program.
This role is designed for a licensed 433A Millwright who combines top-tier mechanical troubleshooting with natural leadership. This is 90% hands-on floor work paired with 10% administrative and office oversight.
We are specifically seeking candidates who bring a strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing, with preferred experience in steel production/processing or the automotive sector. If you have spent your career troubleshooting heavy tonnage equipment, high-speed automated lines, and metal-forming machinery, your skills are a direct match for this environment.
