Job summary

Lumentis is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Belleville, Ontario to lead maintenance operations for plant equipment and facilities. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and support operational goals.

The role requires a Professional Engineering degree with at least 5 years in a related field, preferably automotive, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Professional Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably automotive.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and co-ordinate maintenance activities and improvements.
• Lead maintenance personnel including training and development.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets and cost controls.
