You will perform day-to-day maintenance while supervising one electromechanical technician, driving a preventive maintenance culture, and ensuring peak equipment performance. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Proven organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Lead preventive maintenance program and maintain records
• Supervise and mentor one electromechanical technician
• Oversee maintenance of building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing)
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and review quotes
