• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (OHSA, ISO14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016).

What You’ll Do

• Champion daily maintenance operations and support production
• Lead projects to upgrade and install new equipment
• Manage budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships
• Foster a culture of safety and quality
• Mentor your team and help them grow
• Drive process improvements and efficiency

What You Bring

• College degree or technical training. Licensed Electrician or Millwright (preferred)
• 3–4 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in maintenance
• PLC software and troubleshooting expertise (Control Logixs 500 & 5000, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi)
• Knowledge/experience with complex hydraulic systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (OHSA, ISO14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016)
