Interfor offers a Maintenance Intern position in Elk Lake, Ontario. This on-site role provides a chance to apply classroom learning, gain practical skills, and contribute to maintenance projects in a real sawmill environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing related degrees, value safety, and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The program runs 4–8 months, starting May 2027, with competitive intern compensation and a living allowance.

This is an on-site internship with an anticipated start date in May 2027. Ideally, you'll be available for a 4-8 month term.

• Salaries starting from $3,350 per month (based on your year in school and previous experience).
• Temporary living allowance for interns moving to the area for the role.
