Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate in Canada. You will be the frontline ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and comfort with social media, live-streaming, and data capture to enhance client relationships and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred (live-stream shopping/video demos).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily operations.
