Job summary

The James, a luxury rental community in Toronto’s Rosedale, seeks a Concierge to deliver hospitality-driven service as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The role blends high-touch guest relations with operational support to ensure a seamless, polished resident experience.

Requirements include at least 2 years in hospitality or residential environments, strong English communication, discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, customer service, or residential experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills in a high-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Resident Experience & Service Delivery – Serve as first point of contact, respond to resident needs, maintain professional service delivery.
• Concierge Services & Resident Support – Coordinate reservations, local services, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Building Operations & Coordination – Support move-ins, liaise with teams, manage logs and systems; Security & Safety – monitor access and escalate concerns.
