Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or property management preferred.
• 1–3 years of luxury hospitality concierge or comparable service experience; or 3+ years in general service.
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide personalized concierge services (reservations, taxis, event tickets, deliveries).
• Maintain property knowledge, assist with packages and amenities, and ensure security and confidentiality.
