Job summary

The Montgomery at Toronto by Rhapsody is seeking a courteous Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer inquiries, and support community events. The role is a full-time, on-site position at one of Rhapsody’s luxury rental communities, offering hands-on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll coordinate with residents, vendors and neighbours, maintain logs, assist with reservations and events, and help promote a safe, welcoming atmosphere while upholding Rhapsody’s core values

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or GED.
• 2+ years in upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred.
• Knowledge of neighborhood and community is a plus.
• Ability to rotate shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and guests, answering Concierge phone line, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on resident portal.
• Provide information, resources and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbours.
• Build strong relationships with current and future members of the resident community.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure open communication between residents and community representatives.
