Tricon is seeking a front-of-house professional in Toronto to greet residents and guests, provide runner services, and support concierge operations. You will manage arrivals, coordinate access, and assist with daily building operations while upholding service excellence.

Applicants should have hospitality or luxury residential experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Greet residents and guests at building entrance and provide a warm, elevated arrival experience.
• Provide runner services including dry cleaning, packages, and local errands.
• Manage flow of residents, guests, vendors, and service providers at arrivals and access areas.
• Support Concierge operations during peak periods and coverage gaps.
• Maintain visible front-of-house presence and assist with parcel coordination and daily operations.
