Shiplake Properties is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Concierge to join our midtown premium property in Toronto. You will greet guests and residents, assist with inquiries, handle deliveries, monitor security and assist with move-ins and amenity reservations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software like Yardi are valued. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional service, and support the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
• Experience with property management software like Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents professionally and courteously and assist with requests.
• Accept and notify residents of parcel and mail deliveries.
• Monitor CCTV, review footage as needed.
• Assist with move-ins, inspections, and amenity bookings.
• Maintain lobby and concierge desk to a high standard.
• Log maintenance requests and resident notices.
• Support the General Manager with emergencies and resident events.
