Job summary

Elte is seeking a Sales Associate to join our luxury design showroom in Toronto, working with designers, architects, and homeowners. This is an opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, manage high-value residential projects, and build your own book of business with the support of a 100-year-old Canadian luxury brand.

This role emphasizes relationship-led selling, a personal portfolio, and occasional weekend hours to support showroom events and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commission-based sales, ideally in luxury retail or furnishings.
• Consistent track record of exceeding targets and building client loyalty.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Proactively generate new business with designers, architects, builders, and end clients.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline aligned to Elte’s growth strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Regularly utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage pipeline, and measure KPIs.
