Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Toronto is seeking a driven Sales Associate to build deep relationships with clients, drive service excellence, and boost loyalty. The role rewards performance with commission-based pay linked to sales results.

You will attend product knowledge sessions, support merchandising, and engage clients across multiple channels to grow the personal client base. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in luxury sales, demonstrate strong communication, and adapt to evening/weekend shifts

Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding quota.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
Exceed all sales and service goals and targets.
Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining loyal clients.
Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge and vendor seminars.
Perform floor recovery, merchandising, price changes and related sales support tasks.
Communicate with personal clients through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding events and merchandise requests.
