Job summary

ALBI le Géant in Mascouche is seeking a Customer Relations & Business Development Specialist to drive growth by building lasting relationships with a high-end clientele. You will bring exceptional listening, communication, and phone skills to craft personalized experiences for guests and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

The role offers a base salary with performance-based bonuses and commissions, a permanent on-site position, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
• Comfortable making calls and engaging with clients by phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, to effectively serve our English-speaking clientele.
• Self-motivated, positive, and genuinely committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by demonstrating exceptional listening skills while booking & confirming appointments.
• Present offers and opportunities tailored to each client’s needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups while working closely with the Sales and Service teams.
• Actively contributing to the development and implementation of business development strategies.
