Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and uses clienteling tools to manage CRM tasks.
• Participates in all omnichannel activities to drive sales and KPIs.
• Maintains accurate client data and notes on client interactions.
• Understands portfolio of customers and their VIPs.
