Job summary

Richemont Canada, Inc. is seeking an Ambassador for the Maison to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and actively participate in daily boutique operations.

You will cultivate client relationships, greet customers, and adapt your approach to individual needs while maintaining Maison values and Cartier image. The role requires weekend work, strong product knowledge, and the ability to support after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently plus one weekday.
• Luxury retail experience is required or preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Able to maintain professional demeanor and uphold Cartier image.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly shopping environment.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and visual merchandising maintenance.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships through CRM initiatives and events.
• Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
• Assist with in-store and offsite events and trainings.
