The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie‑talkie communications.
• Social media savvy with experience in live streams or video demos is a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and personalized service.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store targets.
• Support daily store operations, inventory movement, and visual merchandising.
