Job summary

Coach in Toronto is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized service and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and omnichannel selling while representing the brand with passion and professionalism.

You will build lasting client relationships through fashion expertise, cross‑selling, and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with live-stream/video demo experience.
• Clienteling and data acquisition skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory, and replenishment.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
