Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
- Experience with POS operation and mobile devices
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
- Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
- Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeats
- Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
- Process transactions and support inventory and merchandising tasks
