Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for craftsmanship and inclusivity. We seek a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, assist with purchases, and keep the sales floor organized. You will handle POS, stock, and visual merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a passion for fashion, ability to multitask, and strong English communication. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and peak seasons in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers, POS, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
