Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer usage.
• Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with clienteling and data capture for sales growth.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and support daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and visual merchandising.
