As a Compensation Manager at lululemon, you will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation and partner with the Guest Support P&C Business Partners as well as with the business leaders.
This role is the key compensation partner to lululemon's Guest Support organization and is responsible for supporting Guest Support in all compensation work, from base pay building, incentive design, to the strategic outlook on how compensation can support Guest Support's growth and goals. This role partners closely with P&C partners, cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Workforce Planning and Guest Support leadership to administer, evolve and operationalize compensation programs.
Working with the team, you'll take on interesting projects, while demonstrating your entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a growth environment.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
