Job summary

TCU Place is seeking Lounge Attendants to join our team for events. You will stock and set up event bars, move portable bars, clean areas and assist with custodial duties during events, helping ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

This casual role often works evenings and weekends, offering flexible hours and a fun, fast-paced work environment at a premier venue in Saskatoon. Prior cash-handling knowledge is helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education.

Job description

TCU Place is looking for several ambitious and energetic people to join our team as Lounge (Guest Service) Attendants. Focused on quick, safe, and reliable delivery of bar service elements this role is essential to the success of TCU Place and our events. Performing physically demanding, fast-paced duties, our Lounge Attendants directly impact the flow of bar service operations. This casual position is staffed as events are scheduled. Typically, available evenings and weekends (and the odd day) this is a perfect position if you are looking to supplement your income or if you want to have a little fun with a great group of people. At TCU Place, we help create lasting memories for the groups that we serve.

Among other essential tasks, here are some of the Lounge Attendant's responsibilities:

• Responsible for stocking and setting up event bars at TCU Place.
• Moves portable bars and other equipment, as required.
• Cleans work area and equipment after events.
• Picks up garbage (e.g., cups, wrappers, programs, etc.) during events.
• Performs minor custodial duties, including wiping sinks and mirrors and restocking supplies as necessary during events.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 education.
• Knowledge of cash-handling procedures.
• Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with guests and clients

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

• Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) upon offer of employment.

SALARY:

$18.8056 - $20.7331 per hour (CUPE 59 2026 Rates)
