The CN Tower in Toronto is seeking a part-time Bartender to join the VUE Bistros team. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, keep the bar stocked and clean, and ensure service meets recipes and SOPs. The role includes shift flexibility, evenings, weekends, and potentially overtime as required.
Applicants should have 1–3 years’ bartending experience, a high school diploma, and Smart Serve certification. Experience with POS systems and English/French bilingualism are assets.

The Bartender shares the responsibility to serve guests with the Event Counter Servers at the VUE Bistros prepares alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for guests of the VUE Bistros and events. The VUE Bistros Bars are host bars and Bartenders will fill drink orders placed by Event and Counter Servers for guests, or to guests directly. Adhere to standard drink recipes and accommodate special requests made by the guests. Will ensure the bar area is clean, properly stocked, organized and ready for service.
Department uniforms are provided to protect personal clothing from wear and damage.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
Rate of Pay: $23.56 ($22.38 probation)
