Job summary

POWERGROUP Resources is seeking a Logistics Associate to support the accurate and timely flow of customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing. The role enters purchase orders, communicates order requirements to production, prepares shipping and export documentation, and ensures completed orders are fulfilled and invoiced accurately.

You will work with ERP and order-entry systems, maintain order details, coordinate with production, and ensure orders are fulfilled and invoiced

Qualifications

• Experience entering and managing customer purchase orders.
• Experience with shipping and export documentation.
• 2–3 years of PO/customer order handling is an asset.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution, warehousing, or logistics is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer POs for completeness.
• Enter orders into Fishbowl promptly.
• Maintain order details and shipping requirements.
• Communicate requirements to production teams.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and follow up as needed.
• Prepare shipping documents and export paperwork.
• Confirm shipped quantities and prepare invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies between POs, shipments, and invoices.
• Maintain organized order, shipping, export, and invoicing records.
• Collaborate with fulfillment, warehouse, and sales teams to keep data accurate.
