Reporting to the Director – Logistics Canada, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain efficiency. This position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization and seamless coordination of warehousing, transportation and distribution functions.

Key activities
  • Lead daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound transportation.
  • Optimize freight and distribution strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to align logistics with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all logistics activities.
  • Implement and manage logistics technologies (WMS, TMS, ERP) to streamline operations and improve visibility.
  • Forecast demand and manage capacity planning to support promotional cycles and seasonal fluctuations.
Required Training And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 + years of logistics experience in the CPG industry, with a strong track record in operational leadership.
  • Deep understanding of CPG supply chain dynamics, including high-volume distribution and retail fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems and data analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power BI).
