Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Arrange pickup and delivery with carriers, truckers, terminals, and overseas agents.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including B/Ls, commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, and delivery orders.
  • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas offices/agents.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, cut-off times, ETAs, and potential delays.
  • Resolve basic shipment issues and elevate operational problems when necessary.

Job Duties


  • Coordinate and monitor ocean and air import/export shipments from origin to final destination.

Salary Range

$48,000 - $55,000 CAD
