Job summary

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. (FNS Canada) is seeking a candidate to join our team in Toronto, focusing on load planning and carrier coordination. You will build and manage loads in the LG Transportation Management System (TMS) and work with carriers to optimize routes and costs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP), and experience with JDA or 3PL. The role is on-site with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with JDA is preferred.
• 3PL experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage loads in the LG Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Verify load consolidation and maximize trailer utilization.
• Consolidate loads by geographic region and carrier to minimize transportation costs.
• Tender loads to carriers and warehouses in a timely manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact for load tender issues and concerns.
• Monitor and respond to group email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Review daily transportation reports to identify opportunities for load consolidation and cost savings.
• Provide administrative support and complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
• Communicate and elevate carrier-related issues to the Manager as needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 3PL experience is preferred.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Salary Range

$25 - $25 CAD
