Altis Technology in Trail, BC is seeking a Loan Consultant to help Canadians access financial solutions by listening to needs and recommending lending and protection products. You’ll work with customers to build trust and drive respectful sales in a growing, sales-focused team.

The role covers relationship building, sales, credit assessment and account management, with on-site work and opportunities to grow through training and education assistance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets.
• High school diploma required, with post-secondary education in finance, sales or business considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• You’ll promote and sell loan and protection products while working toward individual and team sales targets.
• You’ll listen to customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• You’ll manage the sales process from application through closing, both in person and virtually.
• You’ll build trusted customer relationships through responsive, thoughtful service.
• In this role, you’ll complete credit assessments, process payments and manage overdue accounts.
