Job summary

Fairstone Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated Loan Consultant to grow our lending channels by promoting loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will guide customers from initial inquiry through application to closing, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs and building trust through outstanding service. In this role you’ll collaborate with teammates to hit personal and team targets, perform credit assessments, and manage payments and overdue accounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
