Fairstone Bank is seeking a proactive Loan Consultant to grow our Canadian consumer lending business. You will actively promote loan and protection products, assess client needs, and guide customers through the end-to-end sales process in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
