We are currently hiring a Line Cook to join our talented, fast-paced kitchen team, focusing on high-quality, healthy dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and executing menu items from start to finish, including ingredient prep, butchery, cooking, and plating.
  • Using seasonal ingredients while maintaining product knowledge.
  • Enhancing skills through learning new techniques and building expertise.
  • Collaborating with back-of-house staff.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station.
  • Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the station properly.
  • Following food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
  • Culinary school education is preferred.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in food and a good work ethic.
  • Open to constructive criticism, adaptable, and eager to grow within the team.
  • Flexible availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
